why h+g
we help our partners and clients leverage the talents and experience of our professional sales team in order to achieve more together. we believe that 1+1 can equal 3.
we are a national sales office of nine professionals representing
that might sound like what you hear from other organizations, so to help you better understand what we mean, we want to clarify a few things that we are not.
we are not:
our unique retainer fee business model
as an extension of each of our partners' sales teams, our financial model is identical to most on-property sales managers. our fee is akin to their salary, and for exceeding sales goals, we can both qualify for additional incentive pay at the end of the year.
each of our partners has signed a contract with us to be represented, and their goal is to increase their exposure and results in the group market (meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and incentives) through h+g. in the contract, each partner agrees to pay h+g a pre-determined fee, which we call a retainer fee, that is a direct investment in getting more results though our talents and relationships.
in some cases, we can qualify for additional year-end incentive pay from our partners if our sales production exceeds the established annual goal. since each of our contracts is for 12 months, our goals are based on annual production, but are not always the calendar year.
