+ we charge each hotel partner an annual retainer fee for our representation services. these are annual fees based on expected returns (roi) in the form of meetings booked by our clients with these partners.
+ each year the fees are evaluated based on how much new business was realized. in most cases, our partners renew with us year-after-year.
