the
millennium bostonian hotel's multi-million dollar renovation was completed in december 2008 with the new restaurant,
north 26 restaurant and bar opening in march 2009. their 201-room property, located in the heart of downtown boston, recreated all guest rooms and public areas to an upscale, yet comfortable, hotel with an emphasis on luxurious details.
guest rooms feature faux leather finishes, linen like wall coverings, 40-inch lcd televisions, sealy pillow top bedding and frette linens with luxurious marble bathrooms featuring rainhead showers and granite vanities.
their lobby exudes comfort and style, with original art installations and a seating area around a gas-burning fireplace. the hotel's exterior is redesigned with the addition of an elegant new stainless-steel fountain and an entranceway of french-paneled beveled glass.
in addition, the renovation transformed the former restaurant seasons, into a 3,000 square foot ballroom. seasons ballroom has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the historic faneuil hall marketplace, and can accommodate meetings and social events for up to 200 guests.
